Refund policy

Made-to-order products

Each Dali Studio item is made to order, which means we do not hold stock and your item is produced especially after your purchase.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour, or unwanted items, unless required by law.

Please check product details, colours, and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

To help us review the issue, please email us at hello@dalistudio.shop with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging, where relevant

If the issue is accepted, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

We only accept returns where the item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or where a return is required by law.

To request a return, please contact us first at hello@dalistudio.shop.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or fulfilment partner unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for wrong size, wrong colour, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@dalistudio.shop and we will review the issue.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • wrong size ordered
  • wrong colour ordered
  • items damaged by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care
  • sale items, unless faulty
  • gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights.

UK and EU cooling-off rights

For some online purchases, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days.

However, this right may not apply to products that are made to order, personalised, custom-made, or produced specifically for you.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind once an order has gone into production, unless required by law.

This does not affect your rights if your item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
